We can report that the first half of 2016 bustled with activity but following the Brexit decision in June the number of properties coming onto the market has reached something of a plateau. However, we are pleased to say that we are still seeing steady numbers of buyers and sellers in this lucrative market place and we envisage that this will continue for the foreseeable future.
The most effective way of selling houses during this period of uncertainty after the Referendum result is still to pick up the telephone and speak to our potential buyers when properties come onto the market. In this way, we are able to closely match these properties against our applicant database and achieve an excellent result in properties being sold. There is no substitute for personal attention and service when buying or selling your property.
We have had a flurry of excellent properties for rental come to the market this year and we have been able to easily match the right tenants to these properties for our clients. At present, we can say that we have many more potential lettings clients than we have available stock to let.
